Our History:
TOUAX is a family business, and we are the 5th generation of owners who actively participate in the management of the company. TOUAX has a stable shareholding structure since its creation by the Walewski family which currently holds 32% of the capital of the company. Since the beginning we put all our passion and efforts to create and develop TOUAX Group and make it what it is today, a well-established international company.
It all started in 1853 with a small French firm operating river transport services on the Seine and Oise rivers and listed on the Paris stock exchange on May 7th 1906. The company continued its opening expansion over two centuries to become one of the global market players in equipment management with €1.3 billion assets managed.
TOUAX has served customers and investors for 170 years and is looking forward to more years ahead!
