Marco POGGIO

Managing Director

Marco Poggio is our Chief Executive Officer, based in Singapore, and has served as a director of our Company since 2013. He joined TOUAX in March 2010 as Senior Vice President of Commercial & Marketing for leasing, resale & trading activities. Prior to his work with TOUAX, Mr. Poggio acquired a strong international commercial and operating experience through various positions in the logistics and transportation industry across the globe. Mr. Poggio holds a Diploma in Political Sciences achieved at University of Milan, Italy.

Cheryl LEE

Global Leasing Director
Cheryl Lee is our Global Leasing Director. Her key responsibilities include overseeing major lease and resale negotiations, developing business opportunities with ocean carriers as well as to maximize the profit of the resale of used boxes worlwide. Ms. Lee has a vast experience in the container leasing and logistics industry, having hold management positions within Triton International as well as Kerry Logistics.

Lionel TEO

Global Operations,
Maintenance&Repairs Director

Lionel Teo is our Global Operations & Customer Service Director since 2017. He is responsible for implementing operational strategies and he heads the teams to ensure technical excellence of our equipment and robust management of suppliers. Mr. Teo has accumulated more than 25 years of experience under his belt working for shipping lines, leasing companies and freight forwarders. He is certified by the Chartered Institute of Logistics Transport, Logistics and Transportation

Frédéric SIELLET

Chief Financial Officer

Frédéric Siellet is our Chief Financial Officer since 2018. He is responsible for overseeing our Finance & Accounting and Internal Audit departments. He joined TOUAX in 2008 as Chief Accountant. He has more than 15 years of professional experience in Financial positions and is well equipped with a Master's Degree from the Institut Supérieur du Commerce (ISC Paris Business School)

Sophie BOESPFLUG

Marketing & Communication Manager
Sophie Boespflug is our Marketing & Communication Manager since October 2022. She acquired an extensive international operational and strategic marketing experience over the years in logistics and luxury goods industries in several countries. Sophie holds a Master in Business Administration from Stoke-on-Trent University, UK.

Philippe LASSERRE

Chief Information Officer
TOUAX Group

Philippe Lasserre is the Chief Information Officer for the TOUAX Group. He oversees all IT functions, data center management, vendor relationships, technical support, business analysis and strategic value-added projects management, financial monitoring, and disaster-recovery planning. Mr. Lasserre has over 20 years of project and engineering experience and holds an Executive Master of Science in IT from HEC Paris and Les Mines.

Ruddy HENRY

Human Resource Director

Ruddy Henry is the Human Resource Director of the Touax Group since 2019. Prior to his current role, Mr. Henry has acquired over 15 years of experience as an international HR professional. As a business partner, he has co-designed HR delivery practices for a diversity of corporate environments (Airbus, Blue Yonder, Renault) going through transformation or accelerated ramp-up.
